This is the bench that was placed outside of the Cultural Arts Center at the high school to honor Michelle. It says, "Michelle Maline Butler, I can still hear your laughter in the trees and your melody in the flowers. You will be in our hearts forever." The notes are, "I am a Child of God". It is absolutely beautiful, and is placed underneath a 50 year old Pepper tree, where Michelle and her friends hung out at lunch-time.

Happy Birthday Michelle (yesterday). I remember one of your parties at grandma and grandpa Moss' I think you turned 6? You got an American girl and a ton of great gifts. I remember that I did not know what to get you so I gave you $6 and you were thrilled about it. You sure turned out to be a great missionary in your own right! We Love You!!
